1. The windows and doors were factory painted to the customer's selected colour prior to glazing to ensure a longer maintenance cycle.
2. The Entrance Hall is already furnished. Well... nearly.

3. The large custom designed polygonal windows are very heavy and require the help of the teleporter to lift them into place.
4. All openable windows are tilt-and-turn style and the 'tilt' inwards maintains security while boosting ventilation if the heat gets too much.
5. The full height windows are all fitted with tempered safety glazing.
